Description
CSCHG gives whether or not the child support agreements changed since the legal or informal agreement was first made in CSYEAR. If the payment agreement did change, the year it changed is given in CSCHGYR. The frequency of payment and back support requirement before and after this change are found in CSFREQ1/CSFREQ2 and CSBACK1/CSBACK2, respectively. This variable is found on the parent record.
Blank values for this variable represent individuals who were not interviewed in April of the sample year.
This variable is part of the Child Support Supplement.
Universe
