Description

VNOTRAINVA indicates whether respondents were unable to obtain job training or schooling because it was not covered by Veterans Administration benefits programs.

VNOTRAINVA is part of a series of variables identifying reasons why veterans were unable to obtain job training or schooling. Comparability

In 2003 and earlier samples, Veterans Supplement respondents were 18 and older; in 2005 and later, respondents to the supplement were 17 and older.
