Description
For respondents who have quit smoking completely within the last 3 years (TSINCEQUIT), TQUITPIPE reports if the respondent tried to quit by switching to a regular pipe filled with tobacco. Respondents were instructed to respond whether or not they thought the method was effective.
This variable is part of the Tobacco Use Supplement.
