Description
For respondents who have quit smoking completely within the last 3 years (TSINCEQUIT), TBFQUITDOC reports whether the respondent saw a medical doctor in the 12 months prior to completely quitting smoking. Respondents were instructed to answer if they visited their doctor for any medical reason (not only for smoking related reasons).
This variable is part of the Tobacco Use Supplement.
