  • 2006-2007: Self-respondents age 15 or older who smoked last year.
  • 2010+: Persons interviewed for the Tobacco Use Supplement (TBRESP) who smoked last year.
  • May 2011: Persons interviewed for the Tobacco Use Supplement (TBRESP) who smoked last year; MIS 5-8 only.
