IMFLUVAC reports whether the respondent has had a flu shot in the past 12 months.

This variable is part of the Immunization Supplement .

Comparability

In the September 1978 sample, 51 children were given a different "no response" code from other respondents due to an error. In IPUMS-CPS data, these responses are recoded to have the same no response code as all others.

This variable is comparable across available years.
