Description

ECFMRLOC indicates if Persons interviewed for the Tobacco Use Supplement (TBRESP) that formerly used E-cigarettes, used them because it allowed them to vape in places where smoking wasn’t allowed.

This variable is part of the Tobacco Supplement.
