Description
CENEWSWEB indicates how often a respondent got the news from any Internet news sources not mentioned in previous questions (CENEWSPPR, CENEWSMAG, CENEWSRDO, CENEWSTV) in a typical month over the last year. Respondents were provided with a few examples: blogs, chat rooms, and independent news services. Respondents could choose "Basically every day," "A few times a week," "A few times a month," "Once a month," or "Not at all."
This variable is part of the Civic Engagement Supplement.
