Description
CECORPCONF indicates the level of the respondent's confidence in corporations to do what is right. Respondents could answer A Great Deal of Confidence, Some Confidence, Hardly Any Confidence or No Confidence at All. Respondents were then asked the same question pertaining to the media and public schools.
This question was asked only to self-respondents, not proxy respondents.
This variable is part of the Civic Engagement Supplement.
Universe
- Nov 2011: Persons age 18+ in outgoing rotation households (self response only)
- Nov 2013: Persons age 18+ in rotations 3, 4, 7, and 8
