ECBUYPKG indicates persons interviewed for Tobacco Use Supplement (TBRESP) that use E-cigarettes and usually buy their own E-cigarettes, E-cigarette cartridges, or E-liquid usually purchase E-cigarettes, E-cigarette cartridges, or E-liquid in a box/pack or by singles. Responses are only limited to those that usually purchase their own E-cigarettes, E-cigarette cartridges, or E-liquid.
