ECSELFBUY indicates if persons interviewed for the Tobacco Use Supplement (TBRESP) that currently use E-cigarettes usually purchase their own E-cigarettes, E-cigarette cartridges, or E-liquid.

This variable is part of the Tobacco Supplement.
