Description
BREMIT30D reports if anyone in the household has sent money outside the U.S. using a place other than a bank (banks defined as banks, savings and loans institutions, credit
unions, or brokerage firms) in the past 30 days.
This variable is part of the Unbanked/Underbanked Supplement.
Universe
- Households that report having or not having bank accounts, report sending money outside the U.S. in the last 12 months, and have a respondent aged 15 or older who has knowledge of household finances.
