BPACCT indicates whether and what type of account an individual currently has. This is the only variable in the Unbanked supplement that is valid at the person level, and person supplement weights should be used when analyzing BPACCT.
This variable is part of the Unbanked/Underbanked Supplement.
Universe
- Respondents aged 15 or older who have knowledge of household finances, in households with accounts, who indicated that a specific person had an account.
