Numeric 2-digit variable that expresses a number of hours.

96 = Refused
97 = Don't Know
98 = No Response
99 = N.I.U. (Not in Universe).


WSPAYHMHRS reports the number of hours respondents worked at home last week, for which pay was received for their primary job.

The "primary job" is defined as the job at which the respondent worked the most hours.

This variable is part of the Work Schedules Supplement.


This variable is available for the year 1997 only.
