Description
LNKFWMIS14WT is a longitudinal weight for linking all of a respondent's observations from month-in-sample 1 through 4.
LNKFWMIS14WT is not available in samples that cannot be linked to any of the next three months using CPSIDP. See here for details on these samples.
Researchers interested in replicating published BLS labor force estimates should use COMPWT. When analyzing ASEC data, researchers should use the person weight ASECWT. For analyses including the variables EARNWEEK, HOURWAGE, PAIDHOUR, and UNION, researchers should use the EARNWT variable.
