Description
HINELIG6 indicates that the respondent was ineligible for employer-based health insurance if their employer offered it for some other reason besides not working enough (HINELIG1), being a contract or temporary employee (HINELIG2), not having worked long enough (HINELIG3), having a pre-existing condition (HINELIG4), or that the insurance is too expensive (HINELIG5).

- Respondents who were not covered by employer-based health insurance plans who are employed and not self-employed who were ineligible to purchase an employer's health insurance plan.
