DWSUPPWT is a 10-digit numeric variable. In the original data there are four implied decimals. The IPUMS command files automatically make the necessary adjustment, so no further adjustment is needed.
Description
DWSUPPWT is the weight specific to the Displaced Workers Supplement, and should be used for all analyses using Displaced Workers Supplement questions.

This variable is identical to WTFINL in 1984-1994.
