Description

For adults age 15+ who are currently employed (EMPSTAT), who did not report that they typically commute to work by working from home (DICOMHOME), but who still reported that they do any work at home for their job of business (DIWKHM), DIWKHMFLEX states whether the respondent has flexible working hours allowing them to vary or make changes in work start and end times.

This variable is part of the Disability Supplement.
