For respondents that are not employed and report difficulties hearing, seeing, remembering things, moving around, accomplishing personal care tasks, or running errands, DIEMPBAR2 indicates whether the respondent considers a lack of job counseling to be a barrier to employment.
This variable is part of the Disability Supplement.

- Adults age 15+ who are unemployed or not in the labor force and report having a disability.
