Description

Universe

  • 1995-1999: Civilians age 16+ who were employed, but not self-employed, did not change employers in the past week, and had a temporary job or did not report being able to keep their jobs indefinitely independent of external circumstances and job performance, AND do not know how long they will be employed, or will be employed for an unspecified amount of time.
  • 2001-2005: Civilians in month-in-sample 1-3 or 5-7 age 16+ who were employed, but not self-employed, did not change employers in the past week, and had a temporary job or did not report being able to keep their jobs indefinitely independent of external circumstances and job performance, AND do not know how long they will be employed, or will be employed for an unspecified amount of time.
  • 2017: Civilians age 16+ who were employed, but not self-employed, did not change employers in the past week, and had a temporary job or did not report being able to keep their jobs indefinitely independent of external circumstances and job performance, AND do not know how long they will be employed, or will be employed for an unspecified amount of time.
