Description
CWSEUNIT indicates whether the respondent expects to continue being self-employed for years, months, weeks, or days. Users may want to combine this variable with CWSENUM. See also CWSETIL for respondents who did not specify a unit of time.
This variable is part of the Contingent Work Supplement.
Universe
- 1995-1999: Civilians age 16+ who were self-employed.
- 2001-2005: Civilians in month-in-sample 1-3 or 5-7 age 16+ who were self-employed.
