Description
CWSETIL indicates until when the respondent will continue being self-employed. Note that these respondents answered "something else" in CWSEUNIT.
This variable is part of the Contingent Work Supplement.
Universe
- 1995-1999: Civilians age 16+ who were self-employed, and did not have a specific time frame for the duration of their self-employment, but knew how long they will be self-employed.
- 2001-2005: Civilians in month-in-sample 1-3 or 5-7 age 16+ who were self-employed, and did not have a specific time frame for the duration of their self-employment, but knew how long they will be self-employed.
- 2017: Civilians age 16+ who were self-employed, and did not have a specific time frame for the duration of their self-employment, but knew how long they will be self-employed.
