Description
CIHSNET indicates the main reason for not having a high-speed internet connection. While data were collected for all persons living in households with a dial-up internet service (see, CICONTYP), the responses for minors doubtless reflect the rationales given by adults in the household.
This variable is part of the Computer Internet Supplement.
