Unicon has assigned a value of 1 to observations in the first four months of 1979 which had a valid entry for paid hourly (year=79 and 1<=month<=4 and 1<=ernpdh<=2). To be considered eligible (79-88), the following conditions must be met: 1) In outgoing rotations and working and edited class is private and unedited class is blank, private or government (mis=4 or 8, mlr=1 or 2, class=1, classx NE 5 - 8). 2) In outgoing rotations and working and edited class is government (mis=4 or 8, mlr=1 or 2, class=2 - 4).
