Description
CWLENDLU indicates the unit of time that the respondent has worked as a day laborer. This variable is for the respondent who was a day laborer last week (CWDAYLAB). Note that CWLENDLN indicates the number associated with the unit.
This variable is part of the Contingent Work Supplement.
Universe
- 1995-1999: Civilians age 16+ who were employed, but not self-employed, and worked as day laborers in the past week.
- 2001-2005: Civilians in month-in-sample 1-3 or 5-7 age 16+ who were employed, but not self-employed, and worked as day laborers in the past week.
- 2017: Civilians age 16+ who were employed, but not self-employed, and worked as day laborers in the past week.
