Record type - 1984-1993
Unicon Corporation made the following notes about this variable:
1976-1981 only have persons aged 14+. There are no child or Armed Forces records. 1982 and 1983 have no Armed Forces records on these data. IMPORTANT: In 1994 forward, all records have the same layout. Therefore, there is no rectyp variable in the file. To select adult interview records use the variables intstat=1 & age>=15.
