In 1995 this variable originates from the Census provided experimental file: '/ftp/pub/housing/mar95ext.dat' Using the experimental data versus the original data will give somewhat different results (per Census 8/96-98). See Appendix T.1 for Census defined conversions of new health insurance variables to old.
