Description
NMCOUTLY reports whether the respondent was covered by the non-marketplace health insurance policy of someone outside the household during the previous year.
Non-marketplace coverage is private insurance purchased directly by the policyholder outside of the Affordable Care Act insurance exchanges.

- 2019-2025 ASEC: Persons born prior to the calendar year and covered by non-marketplace coverage last year.
