Description
For persons ages 5 and up, MIG5DIFFCBST reports whether their metropolitan status changed from five years ago, and whether they lived abroad.
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) definition of metropolitan is a Core-Based Statistical Area (CBSA) that includes the counties and location of an urbanized area with at least 50,000 people.
