- Jun 1995 and Jun 1990: Women age 15-65 with at least one live birth as indicated by a value of 1 or more for FREVER.
- Jun 1992 and Jun 1994: Women age 15-44 with at least one live birth as indicated by a value of 1 or more for FREVER.
- 1998+: Women age 15-44 with at least one live birth as indicated by a value of 1 or more for FREVER.
