This variable is not available for any of the currently selected samples.

CWONCALL indicates whether the respondent was an on-call worker last week and, if so, the type of on-call worker.

This variable is part of the Contingent Work Supplement.

The type of on-call work is not available in 1995, but is available in 1997 forward.

1995-1999: Civilians age 16+ who were employed, but not self-employed, and did not report being paid by temporary help agencies.
2001-2005: Civilians in month-in-sample 1-3 or 5-7 age 16+ who were employed, but not self-employed, and did not report being paid by temporary help agencies.
2017: Civilians age 16+ who were employed, but not self-employed, and did not report being paid by temporary help agencies.
