Description
CSBACK2 indicates whether back payments were required by the legal or informal agreement after a change was made to the child support agreement, identified in CSCHG. CSBACK1 indicates back payments required prior to the change. This variable is found on the parent record.
Blank values for this variable represent individuals who were not interviewed in April of the sample year.
This variable is part of the Child Support Supplement.

- Persons with any kind of child support agreement who were supposed to receive child support last year and child support arrangement changed last year.
