Description
CINTOTHH indicates whether or not the person accesses the internet at someone else's house. CINTOTHHH indicates whether anyone in the household has accessed the internet at someone else's house.
This variable is part of the Computer Internet Supplement.
Universe
- Dec 1998 and Aug 2000: Civilians, age 3 or older, who access the internet outside the home.
- Sep 2001 and Oct 2003: Civilians, age 3 or older, who access the internet.
- Jul 2011: Civilians, age 3 or older, who use the internet somewhere and do not have a computer at home.
- Jul 2013: Randomly selected civilian, age 3 or older, who uses the internet and is in MISH 2-4 or 6-8.
- Jul 2015, Nov 2017, Nov 2019, Nov 2021, and Nov 2023: Civilians age 3 or older.
